1. Acceptance and eligibility
By installing or using PauseFeed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement or use the app with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.
2. What PauseFeed provides
PauseFeed is a digital wellbeing tool that displays a pause before user-selected apps. It may provide delay choices, local history, focus tools, schedules, and reports. The user remains in control and can continue to another app at any time.
3. Limited license and ownership
Subject to these Terms, Muye Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PauseFeed on compatible Android devices for lawful personal use. The app, brand, code, graphics, and documentation remain owned by Muye Studio or its licensors. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Device permissions and responsibilities
Core functionality depends on special Android access, including Usage Access and display over other apps. You decide whether to grant these permissions and may revoke them. The app may not function as expected after revocation, force-stop, battery restriction, device restart, operating-system update, or manufacturer-specific background limits.
You are responsible for selecting appropriate apps, reviewing device settings, and ensuring PauseFeed does not interfere with essential, safety-critical, work, accessibility, or emergency apps.
5. PauseFeed Pro
PauseFeed may offer monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a non-consumable lifetime purchase. Available products, trial terms, prices, taxes, currencies, and included features are displayed in the app and confirmed by Google Play before purchase. The store-confirmed terms control if a website example differs.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play before the next renewal under the timing displayed by Google. A lifetime purchase grants the Pro entitlement for the supported life of the product; it does not guarantee perpetual availability on every future device, operating system, or distribution channel.
If you buy lifetime access while an auto-renewing subscription remains active, Google Play may continue billing that subscription until you cancel it. PauseFeed cannot cancel it on your behalf.
6. Cancellation, restore, and refunds
Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while keeping paid access until the end of the current billing period. Use Restore Purchases in PauseFeed when moving or reinstalling with the same eligible Google Play account.
Google Play processes payment and determines refund eligibility under its policies and applicable consumer law. Muye Studio does not receive full payment-card information and cannot promise a refund outside the store process. See Subscriptions & refunds for direct links.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse PauseFeed, circumvent billing or entitlement checks, distribute modified copies, probe or disrupt services, use the app unlawfully, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Nothing here limits rights to reverse engineer that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
8. Digital wellbeing—not medical advice
Do not rely on the app where a missed alert, delayed launch, or software failure could cause harm. Seek a qualified professional for medical or mental-health advice.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We may improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. Android and third-party services may change behavior outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted detection, compatibility with every device, or that a pause will appear within a particular time in all conditions. Where paid functionality is materially changed, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PauseFeed is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Muye Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. The effective date will be revised. Material changes will be communicated through the app, Google Play, or this website as appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
